This summer I did a big job for the city of Wichita Falls, Texas. It consisted of 3 full days of shooting, literally from sun-up to sun down. The first day was aerial photography only, the next two days would be just crazy. While the sun couldn’t always be in the ideal position, we got a ton of great photos and they sure got their money’s worth.

This is part 4 of 5.
Day 3: daytime.

Waterpark!

Now this was probably the greatest challenge of the whole shoot. You had high reflectivity, noon light, children and less than an hour, oh.. and it was hot, like 100+ degrees hot, I actually got in the water a little bit.

Keep in mind, these photos would be used for commercial purposes, so we could only photograph children who we had parental consent for, and couldn’t include any others in the background. I like a good challenge though. I think the photos turned out great.

What a cute kiddo.

And that’s part 4. Only one more post left, and they’re some of my favorites.
Stay turned for Part 5
