Helicopter Hourly Rates
$800/h — Standard Helicopter – Hourly Rate (2-person piston helicopter)
$1500/h — Piston Passenger Helicopter – Hourly Rate (Director under 225lbs can fly along)
$2800/h — Turbine Passenger Helicopter (A-star, bell 206, news ship, etc)

* Helicopter based out of Dallas, but some can fly out of other metros. All have a 1 hour minimum.

Drone Crew
$1500 — Drone Pilot or Camera Op Day Rate (4 to 8 hours)
$900 — Drone Pilot or Camera Op Half Day Rate (less than 4 hours)
$300 — Drone Pilot or Camera Op Hourly Rate – (additional hours or 2 hour min or Add-on to ground crew)
$300 — Drone Pilot Add-On to Ground Video (ensures videographer has a Part 107 drone certificate)
$600 — Assistant / Visual Observer Day Rate
$350 — Assistant / Visual Observer Half Day Rate

Drone Equipment
Included – Standard Drone (4k 8-bit 4:2:0)
$800 — Advanced Drone I Package (such as: Mavic 3 Cine, 5.1K 10-bit 4:22)
$1500 — Advanced Drone II Package (such as: Inspire 2 w/ x7 Camera 6k RAW)
$100 — Specific Drone Lens (9mm, 16mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, requires advance drone II package)

Other Drone Services:
$350 — Drone Progression (monthly or weekly aerials of a job site)
$150 — Standard Airspace Waiver (such as class B, each location, includes requests)
$$$ — Advanced Airspace Waiver (such as 0 grid areas or other special requests)

* Drones are limited to ~400ft elevation, 20-40 minute flights, weather conditions, and air-spaces
* Might be additional fees to close roads, permits and other custom requests.
* Dual op systems require two crew members, a pilot and camera op

Lead Photographer:
$1200 — Photographer Day Rate (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)
$700 — Photographer Half Day Rate (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)
$300/h — Photographer Hourly Rate (additional hours or minimum of 2)

Photo Equipment:
Included – Standard Pro Camera (APS-C or full frame 24MP and up)
$200 — Camera Upgrade (Full frame 40+MP Resolution such as a7rIII, a7rIV, R5, Z7II, S1R or greater)

** Set up time is billed, but tear down is not. Billed in 30 minute increments, rounding up.
** Full days and half days will take scheduling and crew member priority over hourly jobs

Photo Editing:
$100/ hour — Advanced Photo Editing Hourly Rate (Photoshop, green screen, HDR, etc)
$50/ hour — Standard Photo Editing Hourly Rate (crop, exposure, white balance, levels)
$50/ hour — Rush Editing Hourly Rate Add-on.
$5/ image — Product Photography Clipping (Replace background w/ white or transparent)

** Estimate an 30 minutes of editing for every hour shooting.
** 24 hour and overnight options available

Videographer:
$1500 — Videographer Day Rate (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)
$900 — Videographer Half Day Rate (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)
$300/h — Videographer Hourly Rate (additional hours or minimum of 2)
