Prices for Video Production and Photography in Dallas / Fort Worth by DTX Media

Along with creating the best content possible, our goal is to be as transparent, fair and competitive with our pricing as possible to earn your trust and repeat business. Unlike other companies who charge low to shoot and hold content hostage, we never practice ‘bait and switch’, which means you will always receive and have a right to the full resolution digital files and content that you paid for, with no additional costs. (The only exceptions being the price of a hard drive and shipping in some circumstances and a marginal archival fee for anything over a six months old). While these numbers should give you a great starting point on your budget, they do not account for any unknown factors and or requests. These prices are for work inside the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, but we are happy to accommodate travel. We ask that you please contact us for an exact quote.

Corporate Video in Dallas including Events, Interviews, Green Screen. We provide the crew, cameras, lights, mics and any other required gear.

Videography – Crew Rates

Videographer:
$1400 — Videographer Day Rate (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)
$800 — Videographer Half Day Rate (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)
$300 — Videographer Hourly Rate – 2 hour minimum including set-up time
$300 — Additional Videographer hours (after day rate of 8 hours)

*Our videographers can function as one or more of the following:
Director, DP, Gaffer, Cam Op and Audio Tech, Live Stream Operator and more.

Other Crew:
$600 — Assistant Day Rate (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)
$350 — Assistant Half Day (up to 4 hours on site including set-up)
$1000 — Makeup Artist / Stylist Day Rate
$600 — Makeup Artist / Stylist Half Day Rate

** Videographer rates are applicable to nearly all DTX Media services including events, interviews, training videos and more.
** Set up time is billed, but tear down is not. Billed in 30 minute increments rounding up.

$100/h — Pre-Production Hourly Rate (script writing, casting, story board, waivers, marketing, meetings)
$400 — Location Scouting (Per location, Up to 2 hours on site)

Models / Actors
$600 — Standard Model Day Rate (non-agency, flexible needs)
$350 — Standard Model Half Day Rate (non-agency, flexible needs)
$1400 — Advanced Model / Actor Day Rate (specific needs and or speaking lines)
$800 — Advanced Model / Actor Half Day Rate (specific needs and or speaking lines)
** Specific needs could be things such as age range, kids, ethnicity, hair style, pregnant, etc

*We recommend our pre-production crew member such as a script writer to be on site at least as a production assistant. This requires a crew day or half-day rate.

$1200 — Photographer Day Rate (up to 8 hours on site including set-up)

**Keep in mind with clipping that one product may have multiple images. Some objects with fine detail (for example eye lashes or fishnet) can only be clipped to pure white. We can typically shoot around 100 images of similar sized small products in a day.

$300 — Drone Pilot Add-On to Ground Video (ensures your ground videographer is also a Part 107 Commercial licensed drone pilot, rate includes standard 4k drone)
