DTX Media provides both photography and video production for corporate events in the Dallas, Texas area. We can broadcast / stream live feeds to the internet and cut between multiple camera angles. We can provide or sync with another professional audio feed, capture b-roll, interviews, time-lapses and even aerials. B-roll Content Capture
B-roll is the extra footage DTX Media captures to enrich a story or event highlight and to have greater flexibility when editing. Instead of featuring only talking heads on video, we can cut away to b-roll, which adds dimension to the final video. Above is a compilation of b-roll video from a trade show event in Dallas. Every event highlight video sample above will have b-roll integrated.
Similar to b-roll, interviews enhance a video. They can be shot supplementary, or if the event does not have speakers, the interviews can provide the base layer for the entire video. After
Here’s the look after DTX Media assisted and consulted this client to improve their home studio. We added a professional camera and lens with a nice shallow depth of field. We improved the lighting to help separate the background and added a boom mic to significantly improve the audio.
The president of the company now confidently uses this space to make frequent company-wide addresses. This set also integrates with Zoom, Skype, Webex and other conferencing solutions.

Studio Install
The photos above are of a permanent mini studio DTX Media installed from scratch for one of our Dallas clients. The client uses this studio space for conferencing, company addresses and internal training videos. This demonstrates the absolute smallest space we can create a green screen environment in, and we designed the studio around space efficiency, utilizing five flat panel LEDs with pop-up diffusion. We set up an iPad as a teleprompter, a boom mic, and even installed acoustic foam on the walls. Let us know if you’re interested in doing something like this.

Multi-Camera Studio Install
DTX Media can supply and install the A/V and or technical of a large multi-camera studio. We supply the cameras, video switcher and everything needed to create a full production. While we can supply standard A/V elements such as a stage, screens, pipe and drape, we are not able at this time to create a ‘set’. This would be best for suited for a set designer, general contractor, or interior designer and or for existing venues that want to be able to record and stream events (theaters, churches, offices, schools, etc). Once installed, we can teach and train on-site staff how to use our equipment or be your go-to crew at a reduced rate.
This video below was created for DTX Media’s client Stryker in Dallas, Texas to showcase their live streaming and teleconferencing solutions for demos and sales calls during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. DTX Media provided Stryker with video production, live streaming, video conferencing over zoom, professional audio and slide integration services and equipment for these videos and eventually handed off the production to Stryker’s in-house team. This video was created as a teaser for Stryker but very much showcases the services that DTX Media offers. In the video you’ll also see aerials, behind the scenes b-roll and graphics.

System includes two fixed mounted cameras (APS-C or better), one manned tripod with fluid pan and tilt head, and one input for slides / graphics. The install also includes a Video Switcher, Wireless Transmitters (if needed, rated at a 300ft range, Monitor, Contact capture device, Labor and install. We can also provide Basic Training and run the first stream (pilot) for you.

DTX Media offers a unique red carpet step-and-repeat service with a dedicated photographer with our Dallas event photography services. It’s similar to a photo booth or photo station, but professionally oriented. We can provide the background and iPads so guests can send themselves their image immediately on site with a custom message. Dallas event photography and video can often be amplified by adding a time-lapse. This is the art of taking photos over a long duration and playing them back at a frame rate that looks like super high speed.

Audio Video Live Event Production
Projection
Projection involves displaying something large on a screen for the audience to see or the speaker to interact with. This is often done with projector and screens, large TVs or our personal favorite: LED walls. Most events usually have two screens on either side of the stage. Projection can also include a gobo design on a screen.
Live Audio
Live audio involves mics, mixing and amplification for a event space with a live audience, as well as the video recording and or live stream. Audio is the most important yet overlooked parts of A/V production, as is only element that can stand alone and is absolutely necessary for an event. Microphones can include handheld wireless mic, lavs or even a throw audience mic.
Pipe and Drape
Pipe and Drape is used to create a nice visual backdrop in and event room or space. Often times the drape will be lit with colorful RPG uplights which can be changed with a DMX controller live during an event for a mood shift. Our standard pipe and drape is 16′ tall.
Stage Design
Stage design is what make the event space visually come to life with a compelling visual background and even sometimes a foreground element. It can be a simple as pipe and drape, a projection on a screen or a printed vinyl backdrop, or as fancy as paneling or even LED walls with moving designs.
